Bill Hybils. (Part 2)
3. How do you handle challenges in your business?
Look problems straight and deal with them.
4. When was the last time you reexamined core of what your organization is about? What business are you in? What is your main thing? Can you describe your core purpose on a tee shirt?
Eg car sales co. became Transportation Solution company. (Not just car sales).
What is core of his organization (his church)?
Love, Evil, Rescue, Choice, Restoration
5. Have you had leadership bell rung recently?
Has anything rocked your leadership bell recently? Most leaders, unfortunately, don’t think about change/improvement until they are broken. Get your boldness back.
If you are sick and tired enough of being in a rut, you will do whatever it takes to find and implement the solution. If you don’t, then you are not sick and tired enough to get out of your rut. There are bold solutions to any problem. Your God given job as leader is to move organization from here to there. You have to believe that God will help you do it. If you don’t, step aside and let someone else do it.
Why can’t your next five years be your best five years as a leader?
